Trimmed Co. steering wheels are manufactured as steering wheel frames only. This implies that all electronics, wires, functional components and the airbag must be transferred from the original steering wheel to your new Trimmed Co. steering wheel during installation. 

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise having this product installed by a qualified technician. Trimmed Co. Steering wheels are compliant subject to certification by an Engineer. 

WARNING: Ensure to disconnect the battery before working on any electrical components and to prevent accidental deployment of airbag components in your vehicle. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from careless disassembly and reassembly of the steering wheel. Exercise extreme caution when handling the airbag cover to avoid serious injuries or death due to incorrect installation. Not following the correct installation procedure may increase the risk of severe injury or death in the event of a crash.

How long until I get my new steering wheel?

For in-stock steering wheels, we will typically have your order boxed up and shipped out within 24 hours after it is placed. However, if the steering wheel is on backorder then it may take 4-6 weeks to be shipped. Due to the handmade nature of the product, there might be occasional delays - but rest assured we will keep you informed about the delivery progress.
